All Fei Jewelry is made to order and may take 1-4 weeks to ship. Orders will only be produced once full payment by the customer is made. We may handle rush orders for an additional fee; please contact info@feijewelry.com

Any items you see on the official Fei Jewelry social media channels and website are available for purchase. If you can't find something on our website, please contact info@feijewelry.com and we will get back to you.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces. In special cases, jewelry items may be exchanged, at Fei Jewelry's discretion, within 14 days of purchase. Personalized items are always final.

Repairs

​

All Fei Jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Typical wear-and-tear, improper use, or damage from misuse will void this warranty.

In the even that a piece needs repair, please contact info@feijewelry.com with details of the item in need, including digital photos of the item and item receipt. We will then assess whether the repair is approved on a situational basis and at our sole discretion. We assure you that satisfaction is our highest priority.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx or DHL and packages are insured for their full value in order to protect your item.

Fei Jewelry is not responsible for international taxes and duties; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded
